I buy these Neutrogena makeup remover towelettes all the time. I have purchased the store brand type before, and they are always scratchy. I certainly don’t want anything scratchy on my skin or especially around my eyes.
These cloths are soft, and don’t irritate at all. These packages have 25 moist towelettes, are ophthalmologist tested, dermatologist tested, allergen free and alcohol free. Some of the other brands contain alcohol, and that can not only dry your skin out but also irritate your skin.
I’ve tried many cheaper brands, but I keep coming back to Neutrogena.
