I don’t usually like to keep scales in the house, I don’t feel the need to make myself mad on a daily basis, life has a way of doing that all on it’s own without adding to it lol.
However, I got this one, because my husband asked me to. Can we say high tech? Oh yeah, it’s more advanced then I’ve ever used before. (When I have decided to take the plunge and actually step on one). You have to set this up with a profile of yourself. Giving yourself a number, and each person using will have their own number. You then set your height…then jump on and set your weight. This allows for management of your weight.
This ability to maintain profiles allows for it to save your last recorded weights, so you can keep track of whether you are maintaining, losing or gaining. If you have gained weight, the LED light shows in RED. If you have lost weight, the LED shows in GREEN. Now talk about keeping you honest! You can store up to eight (8) profiles on this scale.
This is a great scale if you are on a diet or needing to keep track of your health for any reason, which is a great thing to do, and everyone really should. This scale keeps track of your BMI. (Body Mass Index).
Wonderful scale for alot of people I know and at a decent price. Now I just need to talk myself into getting on it! LOL…
You can find these at Kmart, Walmart, Amazon, Sears…pretty much anywhere. I prefer shopping online so these are a few mainstays for me in my bookmarks. Take a chance, and have fun with it!
DISCLAIMER: I received this scale free. There is no obligation to leave my opinion or review, I do so on my own accord.
