So you know that I’ve purchased the Matcha Ceremonial Tea, that is pretty much good for just drinking tea (well for me anyway since I am a bit OCD about things, and like to follow directions). I decided to buy the Culinary Grade for Blending and Baking to try adding to foods, smoothies and I’ve been researching recipes for baking as well.
There are a bazillion recipes (ok…ok…maybe not a bazillion), to bake with as well as smoothie recipes. Simply go to google, the all-knowing, all-encompassed search engine type in Matcha and see what pops up. LOADS…I’m not exaggerating this time…there truly are loads of recipes.
Matcha is a natural superfood, full of antioxidants, full of energy boosting vitamins, and is pure. This culinary grade is a bit less expensive then the ceremonial grade, so you can afford to cook or bake with it. This company has a 100% money back guarantee, so you can’t go wrong at least trying it. I know when I opened it and smelled it, I was a bit taken back, but…it’s healthy. You know those foods that smell delicious and make you crave more? They aren’t. My own opinion though 🙂
I did receive this Culinary Matcha tea at a discount, for my honest and unbiased opinion. In saying that, I am NOT required to leave a review. I do so, on my own accord, simply due to the fact I DO read other reviews for items I am looking at purchasing, and I appreciate the good, the bad and the ugly, so I can make an educated decision.
